Our league offers a fantastic opportunity for players of all levels to engage in friendly competition. With matches scheduled to start on May 19th 2025 and running for 8 weeks plus 2 weeks of playoff action!
Expect thrilling matches each week, ensuring plenty of action and excitement!
Our matches will take place at a prime location, the Coral Springs Country Club, making it easy for everyone to join in!
League Information & Details
League Divisions
Divisions are based on skill level and may include mixed and gender-specific teams. Divisions are not separated by age or gender, and may be combined if needed to meet registration minimums.
If your teammate is rated higher, you’ll be placed in their division.
Beginner (2.5 and under): New players with basic rules knowledge and scoring ability.
Intermediate 1 (3.0 – 3.5): Consistent with serving, returning, and beginning to develop court strategy.
Intermediate 2 (3.5 – 4.0): Skilled players executing strategic shots and strong communication.
Advanced (4.5+): You know who you are 😉
League Format & Schedule
Matches follow USA Pickleball (USAP) rules.
No court staff will be present — games are self-officiated.
Games take place Monday evenings at 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM.
Teams consist of 4 players. You may register as a team or be assigned randomly.
Each team will play 2 matchups per night (6 games total).
All 3 games must be played each match (to 11, win by 2). Every game counts!
Communication & Scoring
Player emails will be shared within your division for scheduling purposes.
Scores must be submitted via the provided form by Monday at 10:00 PM.
Late or missing scores will result in a forfeit for both teams.
Only one sub allowed per team per season (not permitted for playoffs).
Pickup players are allowed within your division only and must be rostered/legal.
Playoffs & Seeding
All teams will participate in an end-of-season tournament, with seeding based on:
Total games won
Points scored
Points allowed
Medals will be awarded to 1st place teams in each division.
Key Rules Recap
Matches are best of 3 games to 11, win by 2
10 seconds to serve after score is called
Double bounce rule applies after serve
No volleys in the kitchen zone
Only the serving team can score
Teams may substitute players mid-game from their own roster
One 1-minute timeout per game
5-minute grace period, then forfeit rules apply
Rainouts & Lightning
In the event of bad weather:
Matches will be rescheduled when possible.
If lightning is seen and thunder is heard within 30 seconds, all activity will stop for 30 minutes.
Missed games not made up before next season will result in credit or refund.
Other Notes
Players must be 16 or older
Wear closed-toe athletic shoes
Bring ID to every match
Fighting, name-swapping, or unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to removal
